The English Department of Munich University is holding an international conference on “Educating the Global Citizen – International Perspectives on Foreign Language Teaching in the Digital Age” in March 2019. The roster of keynotes includes  Michael Byram, Claire Kramsch, William Gauselli, Liz Jackson, Glynda Hull, Greg Misiaszek and Hugh Starkey.

TEFL Day 2019: Global Education in the EFL Classroom

As in the past, members of MELTA are welcome to  register for either or both of the events. The TEFL Day in particular offers a range of workshops for practicing teachers. The TEFL Day is free of charge. Registration for the full three day conference will include a small service charge.
